One of my goals when I set up the Man Cave was to get support to the men in the clinics, hospitals and doctors surgeries as during my journey and other peoples journeys there was nothing in the clinics or hospitals. So one of my goals was to get a leaflet or an e-book which is what i have produced now with the help of  Best Fertility Now, a media company, and we are currently trying to get it into clinics in the UK, the world and to whoever will take the e-book for men.

In the e-book i share my story where i talk about tips, nutritionists and yoga instructor that have helped me during my journey as well as podcasts to listen to and documentaries to watch such as the Easy Bit which is massive in the UK and in the world. Also there are tips on what certain supplements to take and what charities are attached with fertility and mental health.
My goal this year is to get that into as many clinics and hospitals as i can with your help.

The Man Cave is an organisation where I spread awareness about male infertility and mental health as I believe they go hand in hand. You can find me on all social media platforms such as instagram, facebook and twitter and i have my own website.
I try to motivate men and let them know they are not alone in this process as it is a tough journey to embark on. In regards to support groups, there is a big one on facebook with 2000 members all over the world on it, Him fertility, a fertility network support group whish is amazing. I have just started one which is a hope and support group as i intend to break the stigma around male infertility. There are support groups appearing all around the UK with a few in London and Wales and you may check them out on instagram, there are a lot of accounts out there at the moment.

In terms of support for men I believe there’s some quite good online support groups. I think it’s Rod Gilbert recently did a documentary on it, talking about male fertility and raising the awareness of it. So there is more and more patient forums and online. Men don’t tend to like to meet up and publicly acknowledge this issue person to person. So Rod Gilbert’s done a really good job of it and certainly social media is so prevalent now that seems to be the best form of support.
