Same as before, talking and having a conversation with your loved one, friend or colleague about reaching out to someone. Don’t let that anger build up and eat away at you. There are other people on this fertility journey and world that you can reach out to, so don’t beat yourself up too much. There is also, always keeping positive because like i said those good days will come, you just need to talk and educate yourself, listen to podcasts, exercise and those good days will come.
