Women who have very minor immunological problems – this random way may happen. Why? Because the intralipid effect is longer. It can last for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and even longer. Why? Because the degree of reaction is very small but it does not work with all the women. For some women, the degree of reaction is totally different and because I tend to monitor this thing, you can see that those waves are coming every 3 or 4 days. So, the use of medication for those women must be totally different.
Actually from what we have tested, my professor in the United states checked protocols and the status of NK cells in female patients every week after the intralipid infusion. There is bibliography after this that the outcome and the blockage of receptors of the NK cells of the women lasted after the infusion from 6 to 8 weeks so before the IVF trial we can perform one or two infusions – depending on the diagnostic tests and then after natural pregnancy or IVF trial if we have successful pregnancy we perform after the 8 week of the gestation we perform last dosage of intralipid so we can lead the lady to the first trimester or the 12 week of gestation and then the immune status problem disappear – we don’t have to worry about the immunology of female patient. Then a Gynecologist can lead a lady to 9 month of gestation and deliver a healthy baby.
