Nothing that you can do to force ovulation naturally. However, certainly we are aware that there are things that can impact on your ability to ovulate, so for example, women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, suddenly many of them may be overweight and being overweight can prevent your body from ovulating and what we do know is that by losing even just five percent of your body weight, can encourage your body to start spontaneously ovulating again. Those are the things that you can do is to look at your lifestyle, look at where you can start making some healthy choices and that could help you start to regain a cycle and start ovulating regularly.

You can’t.

Answer from the fertility expert:
Christos Kleanthis, Obstetrician and Reproductive Gynecologist

We can actually not force ovulation but we can improve our all lifestyle to make ovulation occur more frequently.
The most important step in order to improve ovulation is sticking to normal healthy habits like a balanced diet, avoiding alcohol, avoiding smoking, avoiding drugs and making sure that our body mass index is normal.
BMI – the body mass index is the relation of our height to our body weight and it needs to be within 19 and 25.
