The evidence with regard to the understanding of the endometrium and the uterine cavity is very weak at the moment. We know that an abnormal endometrial environment could be affecting implantation, could potentially cause a miscarriage but that is because there might be other infection or inflammation of the endometrium preventing embryo to implant or later on preventing a pregnancy to continue. But, I am not in a position to say with confidence that the available tests including the EMMA and the ALICE test will be significantly reducing the risk of miscarriage if infection or inflammation of the endometrial cavity are found.
