Dr Ana Puigvert studied medicine at the Hospital Clínic Barcelona, where she completed her surgical training. She specialized in Andrology at the Puigvert Foundation graduate school, completing the training program in reproductive medicine, sexual disorders, genital surgery and microsurgery.  An active member of various societies, she was the President of ASESA, of the Ibero-American Federation of Andrology, member of the International Academy of Sexual Medicine, etc.  She has participated as a speaker at more than 150 scientific events, published numerous articles in scientific journals and books in andrology and joined as a researcher in multiple clinical trials. She is a Professor at Barcelona University. She is co-editor of the book "Human Sexuality".
