Both offices are situated in private buildings with elevator access, spanning the ground and first floors. In-person appointments are available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Patient Support at My Fertility
Dr Sofia-Paraskevi Trachana is a dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with extensive experience in fertility medicine. She earned her medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she also completed a PhD with honours in 2016. That same year, she obtained a Master’s degree in Regenerative and Reproductive Medicine, also with distinction.
Dr Trachana undertook advanced subspecialty training at the Fertility Unit of St Bartholomew’s Hospital (Barts Health NHS Trust) in London—one of the UK’s most respected NHS fertility clinics.
She has supported patients dealing with complex fertility challenges, including PCOS, autoimmune conditions, early menopause, low ovarian reserve, and hormonal imbalances. She holds a particular interest in Onco-Fertility, helping individuals diagnosed with cancer preserve their fertility for the future.
Dr Trachana is an active member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care.
Dr Serafeim Pousias is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a specialist focus on Fertility, Reproductive Endocrinology, and Reproductive Surgery.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Thessaly in 2010, followed by a Master’s in Reproductive Biology from the same institution, graduating with distinction. In 2019, he was awarded a PhD in Reproductive Medicine by the University of Thessaly’s Department of Medicine, also with the highest honours.
Dr Pousias completed his speciality training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Alexandra General Hospital in Athens in 2020. He then served as a Fertility Specialist at TFP Fertility Clinic in Vienna, Austria (2022–2023), where he gained extensive experience in assisted reproduction, fertility preservation, and reproductive surgery.
He holds certifications in Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) and International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA), and has completed a Bachelor’s in Endoscopic Surgery through ESGE (Belgium). Dr Pousias is also an active member of ESHRE and the Hellenic Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
