Dr. Yanira Ayllón Montelongo is a gynecologist at IVI Las Palmas, Spain. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2002 with outstanding qualification, and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hospital Universitario Materno Infantil at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2007. After her residency training she focused on Reproduction at IVI. She’s got two Master’s degrees in Reproductive Medicine by Juan Carlos I University in Madrid in 2007-2008 and in Reproductive Surgery by Valencia Polytechnic University in 2009-2010. She is the head of the Egg Donation Program and the International Department at IVI Las Palmas. Her main areas of interest are minimal invasive surgery and egg donation. Dr. Ayllón has contributed to reviewed publications and book chapters throughout her career. She is a member of the Spanish Fertility Society (SEF) and Obstetrics and Gynecology Spanish Society (SEGO).
