Basically, we start stimulation at the beginning of the cycle. So, that can be from first so stand until probably day five of the menstrual cycle. But as you know we can use double stimulation so we can… actually we can start any day of the cycle but at the beginning. For example, in our clinic, many egg donors are stimulated during the second phase of the menstrual cycle so we start at day 11 or day 12. So it’s up to each situation
I think that it all depends on the protocol and on your clinical team. That might just depend on that protocol that they’ve optimized for you. They will give you very clear instructions as to when you should start your drugs.
Usually you start on the second day of the menstrual cycle. Stimulation may start between the first and fifth day. The patient will start stimulation according to our instructions, however it is very important to confirm the final rest by ultrasound, to begin the medication, decide the dose and the treatment we are going to use.
