The roots of YUZKO Medical Center trace back to February 1995 when Professor Olexandr Mykhailovych Yuzko, the visionary Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Bukovinian State Medical Academy, laid the foundation for the Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM).
CRM established the Collective Health Care Institution “Laboratory for Reproductive Medicine” (CHCI “LRM”) in 1997. LRM soon became a licensed entity, receiving accreditation from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The collaboration between CRM and LRM was instrumental in the birth of hundreds of babies through artificial fertilization, earning them widespread acclaim and recognition.
In 2010, LRM evolved into the “Medical Center for Infertility Treatment,” now widely recognized as YUZKO Medical Center has expanded its outpatient department, inaugurated a 7-bed inpatient facility, established a day hospital and a new operating unit, and introduced comprehensive ultrasound diagnostics. The center now offers a diverse range of services, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), uterine insemination, oocyte and surrogacy maternity donation programs, cryoprograms for germ cell and embryo freezing, and pre-implantation genetic embryo diagnosis (NGS).
Moreover, YUZKO Medical Center caters to a broad spectrum of medical needs. It offers laparoscopic and hysteroscopic operations, vaginal surgery, aesthetic gynecology, urology, andrology, and sexology services. The center also excels in laboratory diagnostics, colposcopy, radio wave therapy, and the diagnosis and treatment of various gynecological pathologies. With a dedicated team of specialists and cutting-edge equipment, YUZKO Medical Center ensures the highest standard of care for its patients.
