Theoni Pastroma, MSc

Theoni Pastroma is a UK-trained clinical embryologist, HCPC registered clinical scientist. She studied at the University of London and started working in the area of fertility in 2001. She has been working at Gennima IVF since 2007 and she is responsible for setting-up their state-of-the-art embryology lab, now using Embryoscope+ time-lapse incubators. Theoni makes sure that the lab functions at benchmark standards, according to the latest international guidelines and ISO requirements. Theoni works closely with fertility experts to design tailor-made treatments for each of the patients, meet with them in person to help them understand each step of their treatment. In her opinion, the embryology lab's work should be as much transparent as possible.
